Challenges makes us to put enormous efforts. Efforts makes us to gain lot of experience and knowledge, which makes us successful. So challenges are the only thing which motivates me. During my senior year, I was given a post of Marketing head for our college symposium, SRISHTI 2015, National level technical symposium. Marketing head post involves publicity of the symposium to other colleges and hospitality. It was really a tough job to rise the amount of registration since Biomedical colleges in our state was only 15 in number.

I took as a challenge and made it as a big success by rising the registration to 1500. Since it was a challenge we all put lot of efforts to make it happen and it did happen. So for a life challenge is the most important for me. This is the one driving me till date.
